Html and CSS: Design and Build Web Sites

By Jon Duckett

Video Review

A question I’m being asked a lot is: “how can I become a front-end web developer?”.

HTML and CSS are the keys to become a frontend developer.

You don’t need to go to a college for 3 years to make over 60K as a web developer in 2019. Not anymore.

As a self-taught developer, in this video, I’m reviewing a book made for beginners who want to build websites. Everyone on youtube is already telling you that this is the best book to build your first website. But as a future Web Developer, should you really buy this book?

But is this really the best book for you?

By the way, if you want to become a developer, I recommend you enroll in the online Web Developer Bootcamp by Colt Steele

With this course alone, I managed to get a job as a developer that usually requires 3 years of college.

  • It’s made by a real computer science teacher
  • He gives you all the lessons he usually gives to his real life students which means you will learn everything that someone who enrolls at a real school gets.
  • You get to do projects and exercises to put in your portfolio.

Overall, The Html and CSS book is good, but this course gives you so much more and it’s also very cheap.
